Booked dormitory room with shared bathroom. The venue was in a central location just off the Santa Elena Cloud Forest Reserve, one of the main attractions in the town, restaurants and shops and the hummingbird cafe.

Jacuzzi hotel with very very nice staff on shift. The rooms with a huge bed. Great location to an educational garden.

Everything was good here - very, very nice staff and spotless rooms. Location adjacent to the mountain and the lovely Curi Cancha Reserve. 15 minutes walk to a tropical forest. Really great stay, as always.

The jacuzzi and garden area were perfect spots to relax and unwind. The only hiccup was that the shared kitchen was a bit cramped, but it didn't ruin our stay 🌟

No shopping or dining options nearby, so getting to the nearest restaurants requires a ride or a lengthy walk. Noise from adjacent rooms can be bothersome, diminishing privacy. The setup could use more attention to individual traveler needs rather than focusing on groups.

The hot tub was a great way to unwind after a long hike. The vibe was chill, and I loved the coworking area with fast WiFi. Plenty of activities available.

A Connected Experience Amidst Nature's Beauty

We spent two nights in a charming standard room, surrounded by the very nice cloud forest. The onsite kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, but consider visiting the local market for better food options. Spotting toucans was a good surprise! Just be prepared for less-than-stellar service.

The small room I had was pretty cozy and minimal, which I liked. Never had to wait for the shared bathroom since it was always clean, and the shower pressure was solid. The bed was comfy too. Just a heads up though, it was a bit on the smaller side than I expected.

We went bungee jumping and enjoyed a thrilling zip-lining experience-definitely a must-do! The atmosphere was lively, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant offered great food.

Staying in a standard room with a private bathroom was nice. The shower had great pressure and hot water. The place has a chill vibe, with a bar, pool table, and fun events like yoga classes. Plus, there's an inviting hot tub and massage services. Perfect location near the Monteverde Cloud Forest!
